Domain names which are available has an “Add to Cart” button while Domain name which are unavailable will be stated as “taken” or “registered”.

Step 3: Add Domain Name to Cart

Once you’ve decided on the domain name that you’ll like to get, click add to cart.

For my case, youtubedemo.com, is not available to me so we will be using this domain name, youtubedemo.xyz, to complete the purchase.

Step 4: Fill in your information to complete registration

Select the number of years you’ll like to register your domain name.

As part of the registration process, you’ll need to fill up your details to verify that you’re the owner of the domain name. NameCheap offers privacy protection so that your information will remain private under the WhoisGuard.
